My Review
I loved this novel from the first page, it's so romantic, addictive and a total page turner. I immediately attached to Amelia and I fell in love and I suffered with her.
Amelia is in Glasgow with her closest friend for the wedding of her sister. Here lives Darren, a dear friend of them, who invites them to join him to a gala evening. Still groggy from jet lag Lia trips over carpet and flying on the man more attractive and sexy she has ever seen. She discovers that he is Alastair, a close friend of Darren and spend together a fun afternoon seeing a game of rugby. They feel very attracted to each other but are both likely to not give in to passion. Lia has not yet recovered from the end of the previous relationship and Alastair doesn't seem to be the ideal man, sometimes he's so grumpy, reserved. Alastair also doesn't want to have a serious relationship, is too absorbed in his work, and there is something in his past that makes him hostile toward engaging in a love story.
Fortunately, I already have the copy of the second and third book because I can not wait to know what happens to Alastair and Lia.
This is such an enjoyable story, well written in an easy-to-read style which is just what I need for a relaxing evening.
I would absolutely recommend it to those who love romance

Lynn grew up in a small town in Rhode Island before venturing out into the world. She's lived everywhere from Los Angeles to Boston to Orlando. An avid traveler, Lynn's been as far away as Australia and as close as Canada. Her favorite place to visit is London.
