My review

I love this series: I have read a few months ago Trouble in Paradise and I was struck, I could not wait to read the others. It 's a cozy mystery funny, humorous, full of action, crazy characters, mysteries to solve, twists, suspense but also romance and passion.

Madison has bought Jack's bar but the old owner has left around a lot of debts and creditors seeks her to get their money back. Also dies suddenly a friend of her and Fab (her roommate and  "colleague investigator"), who unexpectedly left them his inheritance. But  he died of natural causes? Or was he killed?

Madison, addition to investigate and getting into trouble, is trying to overcome the abandonment of the former boyfriend who is back with his ex-wife. Creole is helping her very much but is not the only contending her heart.

Can not be miss in this book the intrusiveness of Madison's mother  who is always trying to find her perfect partner (ideal for the mother) and crazy and full of problems tenants of the residence that  she manages and inherited from her aunt.

It's the fifth book in the series Paradise Book but it can be read as a stand alone.

For those who love cozy mysteries is a book and a series not to be missed

About the Author

I've been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer... and then run out and tell their friends about it.

My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.
